Main character Nora, an amateur filmmaker, is working on her documentary piece containing the testimonies of some Syrians who were illegally detained. What happened to those who were detained while joining the uprising against Syrian regime is in itself a dramatic history. However, in what ways can the fictional story which includes it reflect personal experiences and emotions, and renew our perspective?

These questions were also faced by the director of this piece Omar Abu Saada and the writer Mohammad Al Attar. Their seemingly clear mission soon becomes complicated. And we witness, in this process, the exploration of each artist on their own ways to contribute to the political struggle in current Syria. LESS
